AMAI System, Inc. — Data Deletion Policy

This policy explains how an AMAI user can delete an account or request deletion of personal information.

1. Delete Your AMAI Account

AMAI provides an account-deletion option within the Service. To delete your account, sign in to AMAI, open the relevant account or profile settings, select the account-deletion option, and complete the confirmation steps shown in the Service.

Once deletion is confirmed, AMAI will begin processing the deletion in accordance with applicable law and AMAI’s technical and legal retention requirements.

2. Request Deletion by Email

You may also contact AMAI at hello@amaisystem.com to request deletion of personal information or to ask questions about deletion.

To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, AMAI may ask you to verify your identity or control of the relevant account before completing a request.

3. Information That May Be Deleted

Depending on your use of the Service, deletion may cover account and profile information, brand information, prompts, uploaded documents and images, product, reference, or background images, stored generated content, connected-account information held by AMAI, and other personal information associated with the account.

The exact information affected depends on the features you used and any legal or technical retention requirements that apply.

4. Connected Third-Party Services

Deleting your AMAI account does not automatically delete information independently held by a third-party service that you connected to AMAI.

Where available, you should also revoke AMAI’s access through the relevant third-party service if you want to end the connection. Revoking a connection stops future authorized access but does not necessarily delete information lawfully retained by the third party under its own terms and privacy policy.

Facebook and Instagram. To remove AMAI’s access to a connected Facebook Page or Instagram professional account, open Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations (or Apps and websites) in Facebook, or Settings › Website permissions › Apps and websites in Instagram, find AMAI System, and select Remove. You can also go directly to facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools. Menu names may change as Meta updates its apps.

When you remove AMAI, Meta notifies AMAI and AMAI deletes the connection information it holds for that account, including access tokens, and shows a confirmation page with a confirmation code. To ask about a request, or to request deletion of other information AMAI received through Facebook or Instagram, contact hello@amaisystem.com.

5. Marketing Preferences and Suppression Records

If you have unsubscribed from marketing communications, AMAI may retain limited information necessary to remember and honor that preference even after other account information is deleted. This may include your email address and an opt-out or suppression status.

Such information is retained only as reasonably necessary to prevent future marketing messages from being sent contrary to your request or to comply with applicable law.

6. Data Processed for a Business Customer

If AMAI processes personal data solely on behalf of a business customer, that business customer may be responsible for responding to an individual deletion request. In that situation, AMAI may direct the requester to the business customer and will provide reasonable assistance where required by applicable law.

7. Information AMAI May Retain

AMAI may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, including information needed for tax or accounting records, fraud and security prevention, legal claims, enforcement of agreements, or compliance with regulatory obligations.

Information may also remain temporarily in backup or recovery systems according to AMAI’s ordinary technical retention practices before being overwritten or deleted. Such backup copies are not used for ordinary product purposes.

8. Timing

AMAI will handle verified deletion requests without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law. Timing may vary where AMAI must verify the request, preserve information required by law, or coordinate with a business customer responsible for the relevant data.

AMAI aims to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Copies held in backup or recovery systems are deleted as those backups expire, normally within 90 days.

9. Effect of Account Deletion

Account deletion may permanently remove access to saved brand information, uploaded materials, generated content, scheduled items, and other account data. You should save any information you need before confirming deletion.
